The pellet machine relates to a pelletizing roller of the kind  which engages with the inner peripheral surface of an annular die having radial holes therethrough whereby a pelletizable material such as animal foodstuff, for example, is forced through said holes as the die is rotated.a pelletizing roller of the kind referred to is conventionally comprised by a roller shell mounted on a shaft by means of two axially spaced roller bearing assemblies held in spaced relationship by means of one or more circlips, which engage a groove machined in the inner periphery of the roller shell.according to the present twin screw extruder, a pelletizing roller of the kind referred to and comprised by a roller shell mounted on a shaft by means of two axially spaced roller bearing arrangements each comprised by an inner race, an outer race and a plurality of rollers therebetween, is characterised by the provision of spacing means located between said bearing arrangements and comprised by a ring formed in parts to permit its location in a groove on the inner periphery of the roller shell and means whereby the parts of the ring are held in position when the pelletizing roller is fully assembled.

Most wood pellet machines are a type of mill used to make cylindrical pellets pellets from a mixture of dry powdered feedstock, for example flour, sawdust, or grass, and a wet ingredient, like molasses or steam. The pellets are made by compacting the mash or meal into many little holes in a die. The die is usually round and the pellets are pushed from the inside out. Pellet mills are used in the production of animal feeds, and of biomass fuel pellets to be used in a wood pellet burner. For heating your home in wood pellet burners, wood pellets can be made from sawdust, wood slices, wood chips or wood logs, any wood wastes or biomass.to make wood pellets, the right wood pellet machines are needed. To consistently produce high quality wood pellets, the basis must be consistent and the pellet mill must be set-up in the correct way . Do not get nervous about ways to make wood pellets, it seems harder than it is, and like eveything else, once you start, it just gets simpler with practice.

A pelleting machine used in a pellet producing process has a rotary cutter mounted to the outer periphery of a hollow rotary shaft. A fixed blade is disposed opposite to the rotary cutter, and a pellet exhaust chute is disposed below the rotary cutter and slopes downwardly therefrom. The rotary cutter is provided with an interior cooling chamber and the hollow rotary shaft is provided with water inflow holes and exhaust holes communicating with the cooling chamber of the rotary cutter.conventionally, in a known device for producing pelleters, the pellets are produced by cutting a strand cooled in a water reservoir by a fixed blade and a rotary cutter mounted on a steel belt.in other words, the rotary cutter generate heat, and synthetic resin in the materials of the strands sticks to the rotary cutter and the fixed blade, thereby providing a poor cutting force and nonuniformity of the cutting size of the pellets. Furthermore, static electricity occurs, thereby adhering the pellets in lumps to each other.

A pelletizing machine in accordance with the present invention has a rotatable matrix flaker belt which is identified with reference numeral 2. the matrix disc 2 is provided with a plurality of matrix openings uniformly distributed over its periphery. Pellets are pressed in the matrix opening 4 of the matrix disc 2. the compression is performed by upper plungers 10 and lower plungers 12 in so-called pressing stations. The pressing stations are subdivided into a pre-pressing station and a main pressing station. Each pressing station has an upper pressing roller 6 and a lower pressing roller 7 which are held on a shaft 8. the shafts 8 are vertically adjustable by a drive which is releasably mounted on a stationary machine housing 14.a pelletizing machine has a rotatable matrix disc, a plurality of vertically adjustable pressing rollers which control position of the upper and lower plungers, a drive for a height adjustment of the rollers, a housing accommodating the drive, and a bearing block supporting the pressing steel belt and releasably connected with the housing.

The invention relates to a pelleting machine with a die table having at least one die plate, dies associated with the die plate and a feed device for feeding a material to be pressed into the die plates. The feed device includes a feed shoe which is arranged substantially parallel to a surface of the die table and has at least one feed opening which is arranged or can be arranged in the region of the steel belt. The pelleting machine further includes a sealing device disposed between the feed shoe and the die table.pelleting machine of the aforedescribed type are known. For example, in rotary pelleting machines, a rotor supporting the die table is rotated by a drive. The pelleters are filled with the material to be pressed through at least one so-called feed shoe, and bottom dies and top dies guided by slideways are moved to the die plates depending on the angular position of the rotor. The top dies and bottom dies are guidedly moved past at least one press station, typically a pre-press station and a main press station.
